Initial Background Research

We have chosen to focus our research on the wings of the F-15E, as they contribute to the platform's lethality and fame. By visiting the NASA Technical Reports Server, Google Scholar and other declassified sources, we hope to learn more about the considerations and engineering processes that went into their design.

Our research will prioritize the wings' specifications, such as the materials used and the characteristics that set it apart from other fighter jets, including other F-15 models.
